    Review: Card information stolen. Advanta froze account until new card issued. Unable to make payment during freeze period. Advanta jumped rate from 7.99% to 28.84%. Slimy to say the least

    Review: These are the worst people to deal with I've ever seen. I pay my cards off every month but the statement comes so late that they keep hitting me with late fees. I tried to close the account out and paid the precise amount they told me pay and sent the check that day. Now they've hit me with another late fee. These are not good folks.

    Review: I always pay on time and this is what happen to me, I sent my payment on time like always, they claim never recieve it, then, I get a "courtesy call" day after late charges have been apply and my promo rate has been change, I pay over the phone and they apply my payment the next day, I call and I explain the situation over and over, but they can do a s.....thing. there is no courtesy it all they don't take care of good business
