Low APR Credit Cards By: Stephen Bishop Jr. In finding the right credit card it is necessary to consider everything. That’s right, everything! Be sure to check out the card’s rewards, insurance plans, security, grace periods, introductory rates, and fees. Also, do not forget the card’s APR. The APR may be the most important factor in determining if a particular card is the one for you. The APR, or annual percentage rate, is the amount of interest that you, the cardholder, will be paying on purchases with your pretty piece of plastic. Many credit card issuers offer low APR credit cards. FIA Card Services, CitiBank, Discover, IberiaBank, Pulaski Bank, and others offer many cards with a low APR and great benefits. The Bank of America Rewards American Express Card issued by FIA Card Services, N.A. is a great low APR credit card that features flexibility and several rewards.
