    Review: This is a great card for pet lovers. It essentially works out to 4% off on pet-related purchases and 2% off everything else, as long as you redeem your rebate by getting rebates on veterinary charges. And since you've used your card at the vet, you've earned 4% toward a future reward! For anyone who spends money at the vet, this card is a no-brainer. Oh, yeah, and you can send them your pet's picture and they'll put it on your card. Nice touch.
