    Review: This is the worst credit card that I know of. I sent payment 10 days before it was due. When I received my next statement, I had late charges on it which continued into the next month. Then they shortened my time to pay to about 10 days. These same crazy practices were mentioned in an article in the Washington Post so I know I am not alone in experiencing them. I closed the account.

    Review: I have and had several credit cards. I have never had problems like I did with Citicards. They have the most incompetent customer service. They do not know what they are talking about. They kept on giving me wrong information for 4 months. Finally, when I closed the account and paid everything including the wrongly added finance charges, they still added more finance charges the following billing cycle. When I called to inquire, the agent who answered me was the most impolite person I encountered and she "hung up" on me. They successfully chasing customers away. I do not think their rewards are worth the trouble.
