    Review: I am trying to rebuild my credit and I like this card. Customer service and online access is nice too. They don't charge me to pay from my bank account like first premier bank did,$6 every time. (hate that card) However, they DO charge me $1 every time I pump gas with it, they say it's because the vendor (gas station) sometimes has to charge to check my credit. This is somewhat annoying but not a big deal. My Capital One card is still my favorite though, they don't charge me to pump gas.

    Review: Has some fees associated, but they do offer good customer service and fee online card payment interface. Not a bad card for those folks looking to get credit back on track.

    Review: Great card for jump starting your credit. They offer FREE online bill pay. Has some fees associated with it but fees are lower than their counterparts. They report your LIMIT AND HIGH BALANCE to all 3 bureaus!
