    Review: I just got my Pulaski card today and I am extremely happy. FIA Card services took over my MBNA, and (2) BOA cards and jacked up my rates for no reason. When I say "jacked up" I mean increased my fixed rate from 8% to 15.99%. The reason...profitability. I am in the Banking industry and aggressively pay down debt. Never missed a single payment. I'm sure FIA card services will continue to run good paying customers such as myself straight to Pulaski. I just got my joggin shoes!!!
