    Review: If you have poor credit this is a positive way to rebuild it. They do report to credit bureaus. However, if you have fair credit be aware of the fees.Annual fee set up fee and monthly fees apply and you have to ask for an increase every 3 months on your own. They advised me that there is no cap in your credit limit. I canceled after 3 months the low intial credit limit wasn't feasible.

    Review: I had this card and the fees were outrageous. Although I paid on time, the payments were not posted right away so I got late fees.....Avoid this card!
